Vaneet helps to make banking easier for members by taking time to learn about each member’s financial goals, challenges, and preferences. She recommend services and products that align with the members’ situation, such as specific savings plans, investment opportunities, or loan options. Billie's goal is to make banking simple by using straightforward, jargon-free language, offering actionable advice that anyone can understand—no matter their financial background.

Outside of work, you’ll often find her in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes (though "attempting" is probably the key word here).

Harpreet assists members with opening and managing their accounts, as well as reviewing financial products such as credit cards, loans, lines of credit, overdraft protection, and investment options tailored to their needs.

She believes in making banking easier through conversational banking, a key strategy to enhance member experience. Rather than having members sift through product pages and account features, Harpreet focuses on guiding them through their options and helping them make informed decisions.

Outside of work, Harpreet enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She also find peace and relaxation in gardening, which helps her stay connected to nature.
