An opportunity for a part time Member Service Associate at ABCU involves providing enthusiastic and responsive member service, including expertise in electronic and mobile banking.

Candidates should have over 6 months of customer service and banking experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, troubleshooting issues, educating members on digital banking, and maintaining accurate account records.

A valid license and ability to work in Canada is required.
