Canada Post Service Disruption Notice

To our Members,

You may have heard that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has initiated a service disruption, which may impact mail delivery. Not to worry—there are plenty of secure ways to stay on top of your day-to-day banking while we wait for things to return to normal:

1. Online Banking: Manage most of your banking online, like sending e-transfers, viewing electronic statements, or checking cheque images.  Visit abcu.ca or download our app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store today.   
2. Online Statements: If you haven’t switched yet, it’s a great time to go paperless! You can set your statements to ‘online only’—it’s quick and easy. Need help? Call us! 
3. We’re Here to Help: Call our Member Contact Centre at 1-888-929-7511 or drop by your local branch for anything else you need.

It’s also important to keep making any required payments to keep your account in good standing. For credit cards or lines of credit, just be sure we receive your minimum payment by the due date.

We’re committed to keeping your banking seamless, and as soon as the strike ends, we’ll get back to regular mail deliveries.
